Meet John M. Lozano
John M. Lozano has spent decades in Texas courtrooms, first as a prosecutor and now as a trial lawyer representing individuals and families who have been seriously injured. Admitted to practice in Texas state, federal, and appellate courts, he built his career on preparation, courtroom skill, and an unwillingness to let insurance companies dictate the outcome of a case.
Before entering private practice, John served as a Dallas County Assistant District Attorney, an experience that gives him rare insight into how the opposing side builds and argues a case. He carries that same rigor into every personal injury matter he handles today, from car and truck accidents to workplace injuries and medical negligence claims.
Clients working with John can expect a lawyer who explains their options honestly, prepares every case as if it is heading to trial, and does not back down when insurance companies try to minimize a claim.
